Gas prices up equals economy going further down!
Gas prices once again are sky rocketing and our already less than healthy economy is about to take another hit to the jaw. Seems like every year there is another reason (see excuse) right around the travel season to raise the gas to ever increasing heights. I am starting to wonder if they are even writing their excuses down in a notebook (might be advisable), since sooner or later we are all going to get tired of listening to the same tired song and dance.
Our economy is pretty bad as is right now and I am not telling any of you anything new when I say with the gas prices once again shooting up it is going to get worst. Here in Las Vegas we hear on the News every morning about yet another increase at the gas pumps and that the prediction at this point is $5.00 a gallon by Memorial Day.
My question is why our government isn’t doing anything about it since it loves to stick their noses in everything else which should be left alone! Don’t give me they can’t do anything about the constant raising gas prices, because they can. They do have the power to enforce a cap on the price hikes. Yet ironically nothing is being done on that front.
Sometimes I wonder if they are in cahoots with the oil companies and the oil fields. What is their kickback into their own fat pockets? Our beloved government is well known for pulling some really nasty little things if they want to make something look bad, or in order to try to force their will on the people. See “fast and furious” and I am not talking about the movie here either.
Perhaps our dearest leaders and representatives of our great nation have missed a couple of the economics classes in High School (well anything is possible)or they are simply not smart enough to realize what is going to happen. In that case allow this little Miss Nobody to do the factoring for you.
Gas Prices rise in a country where our unemployment rate is already sky high. Meaning most household are already living on a tighter budget since either one of the providers has lost his or her job completely, or had to take a drastic pay cut in order to keep their job. Meaning less money! Now you raise the gas prices which means that there is going to be even less money ever week in the pockets of the average Joe and Jane with which they can pay their bills, buy their groceries and put money to the side for an emergency.
If we don’t even have money to meet our needs then there will be even less of a chance that we can scrounge up a little bit of money to take a vacation of any sorts which means that the tourist industry is suffering. It also means that we are forced to spend a lot less on any sort of items which are not absolute must have. Now the manufactures and stores are suffering. In extreme cases it means we can’t buy the food we need and now it affects the grocery stores, our agriculture, and ranchers which are already suffering big time.
That my dear politicians is only on the first and lower level of your American household structure.
Now let me go up the food chain a little bit. In about one month food prices will see a major hike again since now it will cost more money to operate machinery. The trucking industry has to charge more money in order to offset their cost in keeping those Big Rigs running. This also means that every time we transport anything from point a to point be the higher costs will be passed along. Oil prices affect everything in productions belief it or not.
This of course again filters back down to us the little people who will see another 50 cents to $1.00 more on a loaf of bread, a gallon of milk, eggs etc.
Now we are getting hit harder at the gas pumps with its ever increasing gas prices and a hike in food cost at the grocery stores when we try to get the absolute must have items.
Mom and Pop stores are closing constantly because they can’t keep their heads over water anymore and more people are losing their jobs. What do you big boys and girls in the government think that means for your economy? MMM, come on darlings I know you can get your heads long enough out of your asses, can stop brown nosing each other and the big supporters to realize that you are killing us slowly off here. Oh by the way sooner or later that will effect your votes too, because sooner or later we may all just realize that you are not doing your jobs and we won’t support you any longer! Just an added little incentive for you to listen up.
If our economy becomes even worst than it is now our country will collapse sooner or later , it is not brain surgery. No country can sustain the pressure you are putting on us forever. All your pretty little campaign promises you are constantly spouting off mean nothing, because the one thing you seem to be missing is that we already had enough and we need to see some real changes. Those don’t come from sending troops into other countries to play world police. Those don’t come from worrying about gun control when you should be worrying about the criminals instead who will always have access to guns. Those don’t come from pushing your religious morals on everyone when we barely have enough money anymore to get the things we need.
I am going to blunt, both sides lie so bad it isn’t even funny anymore. I don’t give a good damn if we have a Republican or a Democrate in the presidential seat since both sides have failed. Instead of amending our constitution constantly which was written to protect our freedoms and rights – OURS THE LITTLE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA – in order for you to take our rights and freedoms away, you need to do what you were elected to do in the first place. Surprise, surprise and that would be to get our beloved country back on track, get our economy back to a reasonable level and bring jobs back from the countries which you allowed them to be outsourced to.
I couldn’t care less if you use the Bible every single day as your reading material or as toilet paper. I don’t care if you pray to God or not. I don’t care how many flipping blow jobs you get from your secretary in the oval office, because bluntly speaking that is between you and your wife. Why the hell would I care about what you do with your dick, I didn’t elect it to run the country. That so many people are concerned about that to begin with scares the heck out of me, since they seem to really be missing the big picture here. Religious morals have nothing to do with running a country! I am not here to judge your “sins”, but I will judge you on your ability to protect, serve us the little people, and run the country in a well thought out and beneficial way. If you are Christian you shouldn’t either since that is for YOUR GOD to do, not you.
I want the gas prices capped or forced to be lowered so I can fill up my gas tank in order to go to work, so I can earn my money to pay my bills, buy my food and maybe have a little extra once a while to take a break. I would like to have enough money to once a while go on a modest vacation somewhere in this country and relax, replenish my energies so I can work for the rest of the year again. In the process I would like to stimulate my country with my spending on products which were produced in America by American People who are working to support their families. And by American People I mean people who live here, and I don’t give a rats ass where they came from because we all have ancestors from different nations across the globe you hypocritical assholes. If you want to bitch about immigrants and immigration I suggest you find out first what most of them have to go through in order to get legalized and you may just find out that in many cases our government makes it almost impossible.
I would like to be able to sleep easier knowing that MY CHILDREN whom I gave birth to and raised, and who took up the call to serve OUR COUNTRY, are actually in this country to serve it instead of being spread out all over the globe to protect the rights of people who hate our guts because we think we need to police everything.
You want to build a legacy for yourself dear presidents (past, now and future) how about making your legacy one of success and actually serving your country instead of your own ego, the fat cats, the churches and your name. How about making you legacy one of returning our country to the wonderful nation it was and still can be? I know you are in a bad position and I am cutting you a lot of slack here, it is going to take time and a lot of work on your part, but I for one would like to see some real CHANGE for the BETTER instead for the worst. By the way being a patriot doesn’t mean being loyal to the government if it is a big fat failure, but loyal to your country and protecting its rights!
You can start by capping those fucking gas prices and by putting a stop to extortion at the gas pump. You can start by stopping to worry about what the church wants you to do and worry about what is good for our country – as in the people not their spiritual path. Surprise, surprise that spiritual and religious thinking is for each person to decide and not for the government to regulate. See The Bill of Rights (first 10 sections of our Constitution) again in case you never actually read this very special little document.

If you come up with someone who stops throwing bible verses and their religious BS at me and can show me some concrete proof that they have an actual plan of doing something to heal our Country and actually will follow through, you can get my vote.
Until than I will be at the Gas Pumps crying my eyes out because I just put an entire days wage in the tank so I can keep slaving away in order to keep a roof over my head – barely!

The “it” children?
I just finished reading a highly “interesting” article via yahoo in which we are treated to the story of a couple who decided to keep the sex of their child secret for the first 5 years of his life so he could grow up as just a kid! Now according to the interview given by the mother of said child it was her and her husbands attempt to allow the child to grow up gender neutral.
In her perspective that meant that super masculine outfits (as in anything with skulls on it) where strictly forbidden. Oh and Barbie wasn’t alright either because she doesn’t like Barbie. Otherwise everything else was game so. Which of course means that now as the poor kid is going to school she is going to make him wear a female blouse with his masculine pants.
Ok here is my deal on this one. She wanted the child to grow up with a sense of self, while making 100% certain that this kid had no way of developing any sort of sense of self at all. It is one thing if someone either at a young age or as an older person realizes that indeed they are not happy in the gender they were born in, or if they develop a fetish (which yes is sexual) for dressing as the opposite gender. But to literally force a child into it is just a little over the top.
Instead of allowing this poor munchkin to sit and develop a healthy image as a boy, he now must be more confused than ever. Since when has gender become a disease or something to be ashamed off or to be avoided? Did we really go so far that we would rather have our children be a bunch of little “its” than a boy or a girl?
This is a human being they were raising, not an experiment in sociology. What happened, were they stoned out of their minds or drunk when they came up with the brilliant plan to assure that their youngest would be sexless?
Aside from that, can you imagine the type of horror this child is going to have to go through now as he enters school? Have you ever heard of cruelty among children? So when that little it comes home from school after having the snot beat out of him again and he simply can’t understand why everyone is making fun of him, I want to see how they are going to explain that one to the little tyke.
“See honey that is why we didn’t want you to grow up as a boy! They are all so brutal and mean!” I can just hear it now. Yes Mommy, thank you for making sure I have no clue how to defend myself. It’s ok so because I looked really fab in my pink leotard in gym class today. Little Susy said she wants to borrow it next week.”
What is going to be next? Are they going to insist he grows up bi-sexual as well? I mean we wouldn’t want it to make any of its own decisions now would we? After all if being a boy is bad, than being a heterosexual male who has any tendencies at all of growing into a MAN must be the worst thing that could ever happen!
Look I have nothing against any sexual orientation. If you would know me a bit better, the thought alone that I could possibly do would have you pee your pants right now. What I do have a problem with is people being so “liberal” that they forget to actually make any sort of sense.
You just taught this child to be ashamed of being a boy! You just taught this child that being a “normal” child who follows the urges and interests of his gender is bad. You just taught this child that it should be free to go its way as long as it is done in a way YOU decide is ok.
Oh and by the way “Mom” girls like skulls these days too. They come in pretty pink if you want them. So I guess that didn’t work our quiet as well either.
All I know is that I sure hope this is not going to turn into a new fad, because if it is my as of yet unborn grandchildren are going to be smack dab in the middle of this one. Shudders.
I have one more question and then I promise I let this go, but inquiring minds wants to know what language she used to explain to her child how to clean itself “down there”. She surely couldn’t use gender specific terms for his sex.
Oh and apparently they are not the only ones that figured this was a roaring good idea. Another couple isn’t far behind. Wow, well great folks. I wish you the best of luck and my advice to the children. “RUN, as soon as you are 18 years old, get as far away from them as possible, before they are going to try to do that to your children.” Of course now I am assuming that Mommy dearest is going to allow it to figure out eventually that he is indeed a boy and oh yeah he can have sex with a girl and reproduce once he becomes an adult.
This really does proof, we are getting just a little dumber by the day!

Two sides to this story – Megaupload shutdown, Anonymous and the tale of due process
Greetings folks, your opinionated Writer here again with a little look at our laws in action. Was it just a few days ago that millions of people protested SOPA including some of the Mega Sites like Google and Wikipedia just to name two of the more prolific sites? Even so this huge outcry of outrage influenced several politicians to withdraw their vote for SOPA the following the 13th largest file sharing website called “Megauploads” was shut down after a one year investigation along with their sister companies and several people were indicted.
Within hours the Hacker group Anonymous retaliated and shut down the Department of Justice, Universal Music Group, Recording Association of America and several other sites. This prolific elite group of online activists fights for our freedom via showing us that guess what nobody is safe on the internet. They have done some pretty big feats in shutting down a lot of different sites before and demonstrated just how easy it is to be hacked and your identity stolen. The one thing I can say for them is that they have as of now never used any of the information they have gained in a malicious way, and I hope that their integrity will hold true in the future.
I do want to point out so that perhaps in this case it was a bit premature. Let me show you some facts and then I let you decide on it.
Now here is the thing, the Owner of Megauploads Kim Dotcom and several of his Employes were indicted on charges are now undergoing their due process. As where several people were outraged about the Sites being shut down even so they were not even found guilty yet, we need to take a look at the indictment itself.
I am all for free commerce and freedom of sharing as I made very clear in my last post and I stand by that. I also stated so that I am against piracy and I am even more against Child Pornography.
Now here is of course where the argument would come in that
- They can’t control what is posted on there
- They are not aware of the use of their Website
Problem with that was that THEY KNEW and even encouraged it via their Rewards program which gave a bonus kickback to “Full Members” who uploaded hard to get content and they also would point those seeking to real piracy website forums in order to find the particular links they were searching for. Now let me take it a step further and point something out. I have no problem with Adult Pornography at all, to each their own I say. I am not here to judge your interests, but when you put Children in Porn I have a big problem with it. To me that is beyond sick, and no children don’t do this out of their free will etc. Even if teenagers are stupid enough to take part in it thinking that is cool (and here I mean under 18 of course) they really don’t realize the implications that it will hold for their future. As an Adult Entertainer you go into the Industry with your eyes wide open and you know what this means for you as you grow older and will need to try to get a regular job as you age. Trust me when I tell you, once you are in the Industry you seldom fully get out. Our moralistic world won’t let you live things down easily and people will always judge you on their own personal morals.
So what set that off you wonder? Well the indictment is not “just” for Piracy, but for having found and beeing aware of Child Pornography and Terrorist Activities being shared on their website. Now that puts a bit of a different spin on it for me. Anti-piracy laws and child protection laws have been place for many years and they are there for a reason. I don’t argue against them. They are necessary to protect copyright laws and our young. I am just against taking more of our freedom away. Oh yes, and they did remove the copyright notices as well. So that is a direct breech of the law. Aside from that they had enough warnings and had been bombarded with complaints and notices for many years. So this is not as sudden as it appears on first sight.
Of course we could argue further that perhaps they didn’t really know and after all they couldn’t control it blah blah. Well they did know, as extensive correspondences with federal undercover agents show and they were actively involved bynot ony distribution but also pointing the “consumer” to the right links to find them. Now to me, if you can do that, you can just as easily force remove those who are in infringement of the copyright law. As to child pornography, instead of condoning the sharing of it, they should have been the ones to turn the offenders into the feds.
Yes I do belief that those who did upload that content should be gone after as well. It is called personal accountability.
So yes they were investigated and a paper trail a mile long is in action, which itself already is due process. Even sentiments on this subject on Steampowered are mixed. Can we and should we do more to self policing on sites such as this?
I don’t know, but personally I think I would rather self police and make sure no further laws will become necessary and that we are within the already current laws, than give the government a reason to say..”See this is why we need to step in further! You are not responsible!”
Now of course shutting down a site like this and the whole due process is running in the millions, which we the tax payers can pay for again.
There just isn’t any cut and dry answer to this one. I let you judge for yourself if the shutdown of Megadownloads was justified after reading all of this or not.

SOPA should stand for “Seriously Oppressive Peckerhead Assholes”
Hello everyone, the opinionated writer here, and if it keeps going the way this is developing here in the good old USA who knows how long it will be before even our right to voice our opinions will be yanked from underneath our noses.
Let me back it up for a second and stay focused. SOPA when you first take a good look at it isn’t so bad. Afterall it is “just” targeting piracy and offshore websites right? I mean most of us can understand the need to stop piracy, but the problem arises when you take a closer look at the implications of said bill.
We are being stopped from sharing information via the internet and this is only the beginning folks. There is a huge difference between taking a Video which is for sale and publishing full force on the internet for everyone to download and sharing small tid bits of things to illustrate a point or to share a clip from a tv series, movie etc with the notification that you do not hold the copyright to it. Essentially you are providing FREE ADVERTISEMENT for the product or persons selling it. Did nobody ever think of it this way?
Many of the really high profile sites like Wikipedia and even Google are voicing their opinions against this loudly. If the government expected an outcry from a few people they didn’t think about the magnitude of the opposition. We are getting tired (and with we I mean 80% of us) to have our freedoms taken away from us.
Do we really want to turn into a communistic country like China in which only government approved sites can be viewed openly without the fear of arrest if you found a way around it? I sure as hades hope not. That we have the freedoms we do have or had in some cases is what made us one of the great nations of the world. The option to freely share our knowledge and interests with each other has probably educated more people in the long run than most of our children get educated in schools these days.
I am really trying to find a way to spin this in a humorous post, but I am failing pitifully at it. I am failing because there is nothing funny or even slightly humorous in our Government trying to control even more of our life. We the American people are outraged (well maybe not all of us, some of folks couldn’t care less until it directly affects them) and perhaps the “sleeping Giant’ is waking back up. Only in this case the “sleeping Giant” isn’t the military force, but us the little people who are the lifeblood of our great nation.
One person alone may not be able to make a big difference, just like me voicing my opinions out loud may not mean anything to most people. It is simply viewed as “just another asshole complaining about things they don’t like” and trust me I know and I get it. I really do, but when you do speak out openly and voice your opinion others will suddenly realize that just maybe they are not alone in having the same opinion. Now you have a group of people who think the same way and that already holds a lot more power.
Maybe, and I am not trying to cause violence or a riot here, it is time that we get our teeth back and start fighting back. The “official” media already only shows us what we are supposed to see depending on which political party they are affiliated with. By taking our internet sharing freedoms one small step at a time away from us (which is the smart thing to do because after the official outcry dies down as it always does, we won’t pay attention to more being taken a little bit at at a time) we will become more and more like the ignorant sheep to the slaughter the politicians want us to be.
The internet is a threat to ignorance and stupidity. Trust me no matter how much really stupid information like the big publicity stunts of celebrities or the next big fad is out there which is really useless information there is even more valuable information available to us.
Videos going viral is one of the quickest ways of sharing important news at times. Think about what this bill will mean to sites like Youtube for example. I am going to play devil’s advocate for a second. If we would really be in a major crises, who do you think would get the news out faster? The government or us the little people who share information? What they see as purely negative and want us to belief that it is, could one day safe our asses.
The faster news travels (and nothing travels faster than viral videos, blog posts and social media etc) the quicker we can protect ourselves and others we care about. The quicker we can take actions.
You want to gribble our economy and our nation even more, mess with the internet. Think of just how many of us have small online businesses and are small fish trying to make our living. We depend on the internet to be open for us to interact and share without having big brother restricting us.
Uncle Sam has gone a step too far and personally I think maybe we need to let him know that we are not going to support his idiot ideas and bully behavior. Just a thought from one small voice in a huge pond.

Did you piss God off when you don’t win?
I get so tired of turning my TV on and seeing “famous” people or athletes do the “I do this to the Glory of God”, “God is on my side and he won’t allow me to fail”, “God has blessed me” etc statements.
I understand that they either want to showcase their religious faith so every single Christian can go “Awww look how blessed he/she is. Yes God is lord and then start following them and supporting them”, but the reality is that it gets really ironic when they make such a big show of this and then fall flat on your face.
Let’s see for example Tim Tebow the super Christian athlete (football player) who can’t seem to take a shit these days without having to publicly thank God for it first. Since he just had an epic fail again, does that now mean God is pissed off at him? Or are we going to use the old excuse that “God is just testing him” (Yup sure Job got tested real good too!). Oh no wait we are going to blame Satan for his fail right? Afterall a great man of God like this one must surely be a thorn in the side of Satan right, he wouldn’t have anything better to go than to want to stumble him up and make him fail!
Why can’t we just be honest and say: “He has a great talent for being a football player and sometimes well he just doesn’t have a good day!” Do we have to turn everything out there into a joke? I mean seriously someone who is a dedicated Christian believer (no matter what I think about it) doesn’t use it as a clever marketing tool, which is exactly what it is.
Let’s look at recent Presidential candidate Herman Cain who couldn’t get past a single speech without turning it into some sort of sermon and then ended up having to withdraw under some “excuses” because he couldn’t keep his dick in this pants years before. Not that this makes him any different from any other person in the public eye. For crying out loud the men that are not abusing their position of power and fame are extremely rare. What makes it ironic as hell is that he too played “Super Christian Man” for all of us, trying to get the Christian Votership solidly under his belt. Good going Mister, all you managed to do is make a fool of yourself and give ammunition to the rest of the people who are not Christians. Belief it or not, there are a quiet a few of us.
It’s bad enough we can’t separate Religion and Politics as we supposedly are doing, do we need to be inflicted with this BS on a daily basis everywhere else too? Oh and don’t give me that Religion has nothing to do with the Government and Politics. It sure as hell does. A President who doesn’t at least claim to worship God or be a Christian converted wouldn’t make it to the White House period. Have you ever seen a Pagan or an Atheist in the White House? I haven’t and I don’t see it happen any time soon either. Simply because the Churches wouldn’t allow it! They still have the most money out there and the biggest following and it is so much more important that someone CLAIMS to follow the will of God, than to have some common sense and actually give a damn about the country!
What pisses me off personally is that in order to achieve anything these days it seems as if the fast track to achievement is taking the name of “GOD” like a magic wand and by invoking him you get the gullible right behind you. Well done folks, but please there are still a few of us left out there who won’t judge you by who you claim to pray to or serve, but by your own abilities, talents and oh yes actual actions.
By the way I am not the only one that feels that way either. There are plenty of practicing Christians who not only talk their faith, but walk their faith get really irritated by the falseness and showmanship about it. It must feel like a slap in the face to them, when you have some overpayed puppetmongers out there doing the whole Evangelist thing just to rape a few more dollars out of the unsuspecting.
So the question remains the same. If you just got done as a public figure giving all the praise of your achievements and talents to “God” and really drive it across, before, during and after, does it mean that when you failed God is really pissed off now. Afterall you just told the World that God has failed!

Coffee is supposed to be hot and cigarettes are not made out of vitamins!
Good morning everyone and welcome back to my daily addition of “what the blazes is wrong with us”? Today I would like to touch on (rant if you will) and share my opinion (for good or bad) about the need to have warning labels and disclaimers on everything we produce, write or say.
I know that people especially here in the good old USA are extremely sue happy and that some of the ambulance chasers we call lawyers simply love to take up cases where people act as if they don’t have two brain cells to rub together, but come on now.
I read a wonderful post this morning by a fellow writer titled “Objects in mirror are larger than they appear!” in which he not only shows an example in a great tongue in cheek way, but clearly gives you the reasons behind it. This article is definitely worth reading folks.
Since Scott did such an awesome job giving us the insights to why we now have warning labels on everything, allow me to just go into my little rendition of why I think it is completely moronic that those cases are even heard in court.
If you make a cup of coffee at home and it is luke warm after a while, do you not go into your kitchen and heat it up in the microwave or top it off with more hot coffee? I know I do. For some ungodly reason I expect my coffee to be hot unless I order an iced coffee in which case I expect it to be cold. Sort of goes with the territory don’t you think? Common knowledge right? Than why was Mrs. Liebeck able to sue McDonald’s for her own stupidity by claiming she didn’t know that hot coffee was actually hot and could scald you?
Likewise we are all aware that fast food is high in calories and that is you super size each portion you eat and get the highest fat foods in a fast food restaurant constantly you are going to gain weight. That doesn’t mean that anyone is going to go out on the street and put a gun to your head or threaten you in any way if you don’t go inside and make a pig of yourself. You are doing it all on your own. Yet still we allow lawsuits that put the blame on the Fast Food Restaurants instead of us the consumer.
Cigarettes are not made out of vitamins and yes they can cause cancer. Does that really surprise anyone? Are you really so stupid that you pick up a cigarette and think to yourself: “I am going to do something really good to myself by smoking this cigarette right now. It is full of vitamins!” If you do, please go now and have your head examined!
Of course now we are dealing with people who are trying to get smoking banned everywhere and that includes in your own home. I remained quiet when it was banned in Restaurants even so I found it funny that a non-smoker would have NO PROBLEM getting seated in a smoking section when their sections was full, but when it comes to you telling me that I now can’t even smoke in my own home in which I live with another smoker and no children, in a stand alone house, I have a huge problem! You want to worry about cancer and the toxins which are released in the air which may or may not cause cancer, please stop breathing right now. I am serious folks, stop breathing or walk around 24/7 with a tank filled with breathable air because our world is filled with toxic air. Cigarette smoke is the least of your worries!
Between the emission from cars, factories, the natural toxins already found in the air and more, cigarette smoke may just be the least deadly. Yet it is another freedom and choice that of course must be infringed on by a group that is against it. We just can’t leave things alone can we. Oh no, we must force others to bow to our demands or we are not happy. You have to be a real moron if you take a story that is labeled as fiction and start behaving as if it was factual, replicate the actions described in the fiction book and are than surprised if you get hurt. Fiction for all simplistic purposes means – NOT FACT BASED as in made up or distorted from the truth. As in don’t try this at home folks!
I really love Bill Engvall and his “Here is your sign!” He demonstrated stupidity in action so well in a way that you couldn’t help but laugh about. I fully agree with him. If we ever needed a warning label that is the time to have one. People should be forced to wear a sign around their neck that states: “I am stupid!” Maybe we could safe Businesses tons of money from lawsuits and maybe they wouldn’t be hired into positions in which they have decision power.
Oh and are you aware that if you unplug an electronic device from an electrical outlet and it is not battery operated or backed up, it will not work? For some reason even my kids seem to be able to grasp that concept once they were past the toddler stage. Yet we still need to have this as a disclaimer on electronic products! REALLY?
Ah yes and “South Park” says clearly that it is adult humor and should not be watched by anyone. So why exactly are people offended by them? They can’t warn you any further than they are doing. Besides South Park is meant to be humorous, but it seems to always manage to drive a really good point across in the end. I find it hilarious when Drama Queens and Kings actually try to sue South Park because they voice their opinion and make fun of things in an over the top way and try to get them banned. (*coughs Tom Cruise*) If you are offended by a couple of guys making fun of society and stupidity, don’t watch it! You have a brain, you can change the channel right? If not maybe you shouldn’t be operating a remote control or be allowed to watch TV, because you are causing a lot of harm to your mind and emotions. Of course than you wouldn’t have a reason to try to sue someone for emotional distress. GRRRR.
Obviously we now need to be double checked even by our computers just in case we didn’t r-r-r-e-e-e-a-a-ly mean to perform an action we just initiated. Which I can understand on the first time, accidents happen, but if it continuous to ask me for the 3rd time if I am sure I want to uninstall or install a certain program I get a little irritated.
“Nope, I am just teasing you! I don’t really want to install the program I just paid $99.99 for. I just want it to sit right here on my computer desk so I can look at it and marvel at how pretty the packaging is!”
And one more thing! PC Games and Lyrics in a song are not responsible for people suddenly going nuts and deciding to shoot up something, neither do they cause heightened violence in a person. Aside from that, PC Games are clearly rated with an appropriate for Age label. If you don’t want your child to have it and play it, I suggest you don’t buy it for them and make VERY SURE that your child’s best friend doesn’t let him or her play it on their home computer or Console. Call the parents and clearly forbid it. Either way take some parental actions if you are that worried that your child doesn’t have enough brains to know that simulated violence should not lead to you suddenly going on a killing spree or kill yourself. You know what you are telling me here? You are telling me that you raised an idiot! Congratulations, you have some great parenting skills!
The more I see disclaimers and warning labels the more I want to create a warning label of my own and put it on everyone that seems to be unable to actually utilize their brain for thinking in a rational manner.

Politically incorrect is so much more humanly correct!
Are you as tired as I am of always having to try to be politically correct? Aside from that, the phrase in itself makes me want to start hopping around my living room and chant “Liar, Liar, Pants on fire!” since it is one of those statements that is just oxymoron.
Come on, don’t you see it? Politics and correct? Really, does that even belong in the same sentence? I don’t think so!
I have this wonderful mailman who brings me my mail every day. He isn’t a mailperson. Trust me, he looks like a male, he walks like a male and he if I would ask him, I am sure he would assure me that is he is indeed a male. So why should I have to say: “My mailperson delivered my mail today just on time!” That doesn’t even sound right. Should I get a mailwoman next week, I am sure she won’t be a bit offended if I called here a mailman or mailwoman either.
It was bad enough when we had to change it from “mankind” to “humankind”. As if people really didn’t realize that that included women too. I can just picture a few over the top feminists sit down one day and proclaim loudly. “Well since it says it is a rule of mankind, we don’t have to follow it. Afterall we are not men!” Come on, I hope that nobody would really be that over sensitive or stupid.
Oh and I don’t care how you spin it, if someone is an idiot (as in acting stupider than hell) they are not mentally handicapped, thought challenged or currently undergoing a lot of stress. They are acting like idiots, because more a likely they are idiots.
Someone short is not vertically challenged! They are short. Cute, adorable and SHORT.
Someone who is handicapped is not differently abled. They have a handicap, which is not something that is their fault or anything to be ashamed off. I could crack up every time I go out with one of my wheelchair bound handicapped friends to a Buffet and they call out in all seriousness. I need a table for two with a special persons seating.
Even she has a hard time not falling over laughing. She usually tells me, “I wonder which one of us two is special today!” Since she has that weird sense of humor like me, she actually told the woman calling it out before. That isn’t fair to my friend. She is special too! Can we have a table with seating for two special people?
By the way could we please make up our mind if it is polite to call a black person, black, colored, negro or what these days so we don’t step on any shoes? I think everyone can pretty much see they are a bit darker than a white person. Oh by the way – white – not caucasian either please. Makes me think I am some sort of shellfish or a music instrument.
Ah and I guess someone who is fat is now weight challenged or suffers from a thyroid disease. Nope, unless you really have been diagnosed with a thyroid disease you have more like “too much food in the mouth disease” or “I can’t control myself” disease. Sorry if you are fat, you are fat. Either embrace it or do something about it. I know I have to.
Why do we have so much of an issue with calling things the way they are? Is it really necessary to find a more politically correct way of saying something every single time? Who are we trying to make feel better anyways with that? Our-selves because we can’t stand calling it by the right word, or the person we are referring to. I am sure they already realize what or who they are.
Oh yes, since I am at it again anyways. Since I am blunter than hell, does that make me lying challenged now or would that be politeness challenged? I get so confused. Maybe it makes me “socially correctness challenged”? Throws her hands up.
Oh and a politician is not a public servant! Trust me, they are not serving the public these days. If they were serving the public they would get shit done instead of sitting on their asses and debate things into next year all the time and spend money we the tax payers can not afford.
I guess a “stay at home mom” needs to feel as if she has more of a claim to fame now too, because suddenly she is a house and home care technician. 
So does that mean our children are now age challenged? Oh and someone who died didn’t die, instead now he or she has passed on or moved on. My question is since they moved on, do we need to change their mailing address now too? You know how the postal service is and the IRS. They get really irritated when you move and don’t tell them were you moved on to.
Christmas is no longer Christmas but a winter celebration. Halloween is now an Autumn Festival.
Can you imagine if I had to describe myself in politically correct terms?
Hello my name is Regina and I am a weight challenged, eye sight challenged woman of advancing age who happens to be socially correctness challenged. It is nice to meet you.
Oh well, I think I am also progress challenged, because I like calling things just the way I see them. Oh and by the way, my kids still did their papers correct in red ink while they were in school because it was a lot easier to read. Never seemed to hurt their feelings or self esteem any either.
Personally I belief this is just a by product of a bunch of people who have too much time on their hands and nothing better to do than to screw with every one elses life. If it really bothers you that much to be addressed as something you are, perhaps you need to take a real nice long look at why it bothers you so much, instead of changing the wording every few minutes. Some of us get confused you know. Or is that clarity challenged.

The phones get smarter and we as a nation are getting stupider. Trust me it is a fact, I am waiting for someone to develop an application for one of the smart phones that tells you how to breathe, cook water and take a dump incase someone suddenly takes a brain fart and can’t remember. (Wait a minute I haven’t checked lately, maybe they already have an app for that.)
Have you noticed that people now text to each other more than they talk to each other? I am not kidding; I have actually watched people sitting across from each other and text to one another instead of opening their mouth and speaking. Hello! Oh and don’t be surprised when your smart phone applications are getting snarky at you either.
One of our dear friends just bought one of those marbles of technology and asked the friendly female voice: “Do you know who David Gilmore is?” Guess what “her” answer was! I almost fell over laughing. The answer he received in return was a rather bored sounding: “Yes!” I guess you still need to know how to ask the question, or maybe smart phone just felt like being human for a second and be snarky.
In all seriousness, we truly do love to lie to ourselves and make some really stupid excuses for the retarded statements and stupidities we commit every single day. If I hear one more person proclaiming in a loud and actually serious voice that he was tempted by Satan, that pornography was to blame for him not being able to keep his dick in his pants or even worth lust after a minor, or that we need to follow the laws the great “country” of California in its wisdom comes up with I will scream.
Now let’s take it one by one shall we? Go get yourself something to drink and visit the restroom first because this could take a little while.
Obesity is rampant in the USA!
Yes folks we are getting larger by the minute and ironically we are getting fatter after the health nuts from California are pushing their choices down everyone else’s throat. I’ll get into that a little later. Of course we don’t own up to it either. Oh hell no, being fat is everyone’s fault but our own.
Seriously, how about owning up to the fact that we are the ones that are stuffing our faces, hardly get our asses off the coach or away from the computer anymore, and are eating endless meals because the nutrition value of our food these days sucks to bad that our bodies are screaming at us for more.
Oh and I can rack on that because I am one of those fat fucking people ok? I am 5’5 and I just weight myself in at 215lbs at the end of last year. That was right before I broke down in tears and decided I was not going to remain that fat.
I am not going to blame it on McDonald’s so or a thyroid problem (which I don’t have), or some other lame ass excuse. I am fat because I was sitting on my ass 16 hours a day working on my computer and not paying attention to what the hell I stuffed into my mouth. I am fat simply because I would forget to eat and then get so starving hungry that I would eat everything I could get my hands on, which most of the time was junk food, which by the way I went out to buy without anyone holding a gun to my head.
I got fat because I didn’t go out to take a walk, even try to exercise or even noticed what I looked like anymore and my husband bless his soul, either was too polite to tell me or really didn’t notice because he has stopped looking at me a long time ago. You pick the reason, I am opting to belief it was because he didn’t want to hurt my feelings more then necessary.
Now guess what, since I noticed it now so and I am not happy being the good year blimp of 2012 I have started to watch what I am eating and let me tell you it is hard to not just stuff what I want into my mouth anymore. My stomach is stretched out so much now that I remain borderline hungry almost constantly and I refuse to take diet pills because guess what I did the yoyo dieting for years and all it ever did was make me regain my weight and more after I stopped taking them. Nope folks there are no miracle diets and no easy way out. Not all of us can afford to or even want to go under the knife because we don’t want to have a struggle to take some responsibility over our own actions.
Guess what if you are fat, the changes are high you are this weight because you did the exact some thing I did. You didn’t pay attention, got too lazy to actually move your lard ass and tried to drown your sorrows in sweets.
Oh and before someone jumps my shit about “fat genes” I know all about it. My birth mother was roughly 5’2 and almost 300 lbs when I met her when I was 18 Years old. She was a fat woman and from what I saw in photos so were the rest of my female relatives. So yeah I got those “fat genes” in spades folks, but that should have told me to watch what the blazes I was doing instead of letting myself go. I knew I had the potential to become Miss Piggy, and I ignored it because it was easier.
Only a small percentage of people actually really have thyroid problems, or some other legit reason why they can’t lose weight. The rest of us are either too lazy or have their heads stuck so far in the sand that they don’t realize that a 42 inch on up waist line is not healthy for anyone.
Stop fucking with our food already!
We have taken just about everything we possibly can take out of our food now. Meat half the time no longer tastes like meat after all the injections that get added to it, if we want them in there or not. Go out to eat and you are getting foods that taste half the time like they are made out of cardboard or so bland that I want to go into the kitchen and throw some salt on the cook.
I know that some people have health issues and that they need to be on a specific diet, but how about giving the rest of us a break. Part of the reason we do eat so much is that our food no longer has any flavor, taste and actual nutritional value in it. Our bodies do need a certain amount of fat and yes it needs sodium too. It needs all that lovely things that once were in our foods until someone got something up their ass because they didn’t know when to stop eating and forced it to be taken out.
I want to eat food that I can actually identify. Something that fills me up when I am done eating and that my body can actually feel content with. I am not a flipping rabbit and I need more then just greens. Which by the way taste like shit too.
By the way talking about animals, what happened to our Milk? How come that full Vitamin D milk now tastes almost like 2 %, and 2 % tastes like water? If I wanted to pour water of my cereal in the morning I would do so!
Oh and thanks for screwing with myTurkey’s too. The last couple of times I bought Turkey’s they tasted like everything but Turkey and that was buying the same brand and preparing it the exact same way I always have. Could you please leave your hands off my food and stop screwing it up even more?
On to Weed, Marijuana, the “drug” that should never have been made illegal to begin with.
Have you noticed that we are not seeing more and more documentaries on the TV these days about it? It doesn’t matter if you smoke it or not, you can’t get away from it. Like I said before I have no problem at all with Weed, it is no worst then smoking cigarettes. Which yes I know the morons are trying to get outlawed too because anything they deem as not healthy for us has to go. Gee can I continue breathing or do you want to outlaw that too. Trust me in some Cities you shouldn’t be breathing and cigarette smoke is the last of your worries.
So a large group of citizens are trying to push the legalization of Weed. Of course they are divided on that one too, because if it is for medicinal purposes it is ok, but if it is for recreational purposes it is BAD. You know what get your head out of your asses for a second, because a lot of the people who are “medicating” them-selves got their cards under false claims and paid a Doctor who didn’t see anything wrong with them wanting to smoke weed to say they needed it. Yes there are hundreds if not thousands of people who are legally ill and it has many medically documented health benefits, but let’s be honest most people that smoke do so because they want to relax and enjoy it for a little while.
Oh and no, it doesn’t lead necessarily to doing harder drugs either. I have met and known many people who smoke nothing but weed and aren’t even interested in touching anything heavier. Nor are they paranoid, violent or anything else stupid. Most of the people I know are middle class to higher class citizens in good standing, with a clean track record. Of course you usually don’t see them on the fore front. Nope we got to put some fried out person that looks like he just flew over the cuckoo’s nest as a speaker. Wonder much why you can’t get the laws passed if that is the best you can do for spokes person?
Either way even if you can play “better then thou because I have a medical marijuana card” it doesn’t do you any good by the way since it may be legal on a state per state level, but the federal government still says: “NO”. Oh and did you know by the way that Cannabis has been around since roughly the 3rd millennium BC and that is recorded. It was used for medical, religious, spiritual and recreational purposes ever since than. If you want to read up a little more about this you can do so at some of the resources I’ll cite for you on the bottom. Aside from that it should have never been made illegal to begin with *see resources on the bottom* but once a law is in the books it is harder then anything to overturn it.
Now my pet peeve with this personally is that the government is overlooking one hell of a resource that might actually a. safe them some money (millions of dollars spent yearly on the destruction of crops, the incarceration costs of weed related arrests, etc), b. could be a huge tax income if they would legalize it and tax it like they do cigarettes and alcohol.
Oh and by the way I have never seen anyone get violent after they smoked weed, unlike people who get drunk.
Seriously you want to go after some drugs, try the hard ones that actually kill people.

The United States of California oops I mean America.
When exactly did California become the standard of what is good for us and what is not? Is it really necessary to adopt every hair brained Idea someone in California comes up with as the Law for our great nation?
I know they have a big group of scientists housed in California and that a lot of medical studies are done in California, but come on now. Not everything that comes out of California needs to pushed into law you know?
Yet for some reason the other States cow tow down to the California rulings on what is good for us and what is not.
Newsflash – we can actually think for ourselves and not everything causes cancer, heart attacks or will lead to suicides, mass destructions and more. Stop with the constant doomsday predictions and fear mongering already.
This brings me to the very last bitch of the day and then I promise I’ll stop – for today at least!
2012 the end of the Earth – again!
Once again we have a doomsday prediction and the fanatics are having a hay day and the gullible are going insane. Will the world end as we know it one of these days? Yes, it will, that is scientifically proven and I am not arguing the fact. Can we predict when it will be? NO! We can’t, for all I know we are going to get zapped by some sort of magnetic field tomorrow that wipes everything out, or one of our Mega Volcanoes will erupt (we do have a couple overdue you know?) Maybe we are going to get struck by another Meteor that the Scientists watching for that just happen to overlook until the last second and this time it may not pass us by. The point is that every few years we are having another doomsday prediction and every year we have all the nut jobs come out of the woodwork. The scam artists get richer of the gullible and the churches have yet another reason to scare the people back into their pews until it is over again. After all isn’t it better to save than sorry? (Cough BS)

I am pro gun and anti stupidity!
Perhaps a bit of a ticklish subject since opinions swing widely on this subject and some people have their heads so far up their ass on this one it needs to be surgically removed, but I am going there anyways.
Guns, be that Riffles or Handguns, do not kill people. They can be used to kill people, but it takes a person loading the gun first, keeping it well maintained so it can fire, and oh yeah pulling the trigger first. Of course that does not automatically guarantee that the person will hit the intended target, but that is another matter all together. The Guns alone, sitting silently and lonely in their case or gun rack won’t harm anyone.
Now that I started this off with a bit of truth wrapped up in my typical weird sense of humor, let me point a few things out to you.
